WebStorm License Forbidden Due to Connectivity Issues

As a developer, one of the most frustrating experiences is when you're unable to access your preferred tools due to connectivity issues. Recently, I've been struggling with a similar problem - WebStorm's license being forbidden due to connectivity issues.

I'm not alone in this struggle. Many others have reported experiencing the same issue, and unfortunately, there seems to be no straightforward solution. I want to develop with IntelliJ, not VSCode, so finding an alternative is not an option for me.

To troubleshoot the problem, I've checked my proxy settings, which are correct as other plugins and features in my IntelliJ can reach the internet without issues. I've also tried installing plugins from the marketplace, using Gradle to download dependencies, and even attempted to bypass the issue by checking the 'Accept non-trusted certificates automatically' option or accepting root certs directly.

I've also experimented with different JREs as the running Java Runtimes for my IntelliJ, always importing self-signed root certs into the 'cacerts' files. Additionally, I'm using the latest GitHub Copilot version (1.-nightly), and even tried the last stable one.

Despite these efforts, I'm still unable to activate the plugin, which means I can't use it for IntelliJ or other JetBrains products, including PhpStorm, etc.

The error message I receive is a `JsonRpcErrorException` with an error code of -32603. This suggests that there's an issue with the certificate chain, specifically that it contains self-signed certificates.

In conclusion, I'm still searching for a solution to this connectivity issue that prevents me from using WebStorm and other JetBrains products. If anyone has experienced similar issues or has found a workaround, please share your insights in the comments below.
